2. Data Collected

During the purchase process, we collect the following data for invoicing and license generation purposes:

• Name
• Email address
• Billing address (Zip, City, Street)
• Tax ID (for corporate purchases)

In addition, technical connection data (such as your IP address) is processed when you visit this website, make a payment, or when the software verifies its license.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

• Order fulfillment, sending license keys and verifying license validity - performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records - legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Customer support and preventing misuse of licenses - our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients and Data Transfer

During online payment, data is transferred to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for transaction processing. Credit card details are handled exclusively by Stripe. We also use service providers for invoicing and accounting, e-mail delivery and website hosting, who process data only on our behalf. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards as described in their privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Hungarian accounting law (currently 8 years). License records are kept for as long as the license is valid and as needed to handle support requests and legal claims. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

6. Third-Party Resources on this Website

To display its pages, this website loads some styling resources (such as Bootstrap and flag icons) from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When a page loads, your IP address is therefore transmitted to that provider.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You may request this at info@bpsoft2025.hu; we will respond within 30 days. Deletion is subject to accounting-law retention obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the authority in your own country.

8. Mobile Apps

Our Android and iOS apps are covered by separate privacy policies: Google Play and App Store. The Microsoft Store applications are covered by this policy.
