At BPSoft, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how our applications handle your data. Our applications are designed to function primarily offline and with minimal data interaction.

Our Microsoft Store applications do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers. We do not have access to your name, email address, contact lists, or location data.

To provide core functionality (such as saving user settings, custom presets, or practice progress), the Application may store configuration files locally on your device.
AppData\Local directory.The Application may contain links to external educational resources or our official website. Once you click these links and leave the application, we do not have control over the privacy practices of those external sites.
Our applications are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the applications do not collect personal information from anyone.
Because our Microsoft Store applications do not collect personal data, there is normally no personal data about you for us to provide, correct or delete. If you contact us, we process your email address and message only to reply to you, and you may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete that correspondence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the authority in your own country.
